鐵道供電與電氣工程系扎實推進“大學習、大調研、大改進”

為深入(ru)學(xue)習貫徹落實黨的十九大精神,根據學(xue)院黨委要求,鐵道供電(dian)(dian)與電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)工程系持續推動“大學(xue)習、大調(diao)研(yan)(yan)、大改進”,4月到(dao)6月期間,組織教師分別赴(fu)青(qing)島(dao)鴻普電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)科(ke)技有限公(gong)司(si)、青(qing)島(dao)地鐵有限公(gong)司(si)、青(qing)島(dao)鼎佳電(dian)(dian)子有限公(gong)司(si)、積(ji)成電(dian)(dian)子有限公(gong)司(si)進行(xing)調(diao)研(yan)(yan),深入(ru)了(le)解企業人才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)需(xu)求及學(xue)生就業與頂(ding)崗(gang)實習情況。

在(zai)青(qing)島(dao)鴻普電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)科技(ji)(ji)(ji)有限(xian)(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si),系副主(zhu)任張偉、電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)自動(dong)化(hua)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)教研(yan)室主(zhu)任劉勇與該公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)簽訂(ding)校企(qi)(qi)合作協議(yi)和校外實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)基地(di)(di)協議(yi),并(bing)與往屆畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)進行深入(ru)交流,了(le)(le)解學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)對(dui)學(xue)(xue)院專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)課(ke)程設(she)置、人(ren)才培養(yang)方案及(ji)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)管(guan)理工(gong)作等(deng)方面建(jian)議(yi)。在(zai)青(qing)島(dao)地(di)(di)鐵(tie)有限(xian)(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si),鐵(tie)道供電(dian)(dian)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教師(shi)崔景萍通過與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)、培訓科人(ren)員座談,走(zou)訪車輛段等(deng)方式,了(le)(le)解畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)和實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)生(sheng)適應工(gong)作過程情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang),掌(zhang)握本專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)課(ke)程設(she)置、實(shi)(shi)訓實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)等(deng)方面優點及(ji)不足。在(zai)青(qing)島(dao)鼎佳電(dian)(dian)子有限(xian)(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si),電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)自動(dong)化(hua)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教師(shi)鮑建(jian)、劉凌(ling)通過實(shi)(shi)地(di)(di)參觀(guan)、調(diao)研(yan),了(le)(le)解學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)在(zai)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)工(gong)作情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)、企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)對(dui)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)自動(dong)化(hua)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)人(ren)才的(de)(de)要求以及(ji)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)對(dui)高職(zhi)教育自動(dong)化(hua)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教育教學(xue)(xue)工(gong)作的(de)(de)意見和建(jian)議(yi)。在(zai)積成電(dian)(dian)子有限(xian)(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si),系就業(ye)(ye)辦主(zhu)任曾(ceng)慶(qing)磊、電(dian)(dian)子信息(xi)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教師(shi)江軍對(dui)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)頂崗實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)和學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)在(zai)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)完成畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)設(she)計情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)進行調(diao)研(yan),全面掌(zhang)握企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)人(ren)才培養(yang)情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)和學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)工(gong)作及(ji)頂崗實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)。

帶著(zhu)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi),針對問(wen)題(ti)(ti)調(diao)研,聚集問(wen)題(ti)(ti)整改,是“大(da)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)、大(da)調(diao)研、大(da)改進”的核心要義。鐵道供電(dian)與電(dian)氣工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)系(xi)在(zai)組織(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)師赴企業調(diao)研過程(cheng)中(zhong),始終堅持問(wen)題(ti)(ti)導向原(yuan)則(ze),堅持求真務實(shi),深入(ru)(ru)基層面(mian)(mian)對面(mian)(mian)聽取企業員工(gong)(gong)、畢業學(xue)(xue)生意見建議(yi)(yi),深入(ru)(ru)了解企業及學(xue)(xue)生的教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)需求,堅決杜(du)絕漫(man)無目的、走馬觀花、浮光(guang)掠(lve)影式調(diao)研,防止(zhi)搞(gao)形式、走過場(chang)。對調(diao)研中(zhong)發現的問(wen)題(ti)(ti),該(gai)系(xi)召開教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)會議(yi)(yi),直面(mian)(mian)問(wen)題(ti)(ti),全(quan)面(mian)(mian)探討,明確改進路徑和(he)解決方法。下一(yi)(yi)步,該(gai)系(xi)將進一(yi)(yi)步加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)領導,健全(quan)機制,強(qiang)(qiang)化督(du)導,深入(ru)(ru)推(tui)進“大(da)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)、大(da)調(diao)研、大(da)改進”,確保把各(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)落實(shi)落細(xi),完(wan)善修訂人才培養(yang)方案,全(quan)面(mian)(mian)提升教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)質量,為培養(yang)優質人才、助力新(xin)舊動能轉(zhuan)換重大(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、書(shu)寫“奮進之筆”貢獻積(ji)極(ji)力量。
